Let's Make an App

Thank you for choosing Drync as your partner to take your store mobile! There are several next steps that need to be completed to begin your account setup.


These steps can be broken into three main phases:
App Set Up, Marketing and Training


Submit your store information (eg. hours, delivery parameters, logos, etc.), POS integration, payment set up and Q/A.

Focus on aligning your app with your store and developing a customized marketing plan to generate downloads and sales.

Ensure you and your staff know the features of your app, how to manage orders and use promotional tools.

Moving forward, a few key Drync team members will help facilitate moving through these phases and get your app launched.

Edouard Maupile

Ed is your primary contact for app set-up. He will create your account, manage branding assets and configuration details, and work with you to get your app live in the App Store and Google Play.

Katherine Wood (aka "Kat")


Kat will be your main Account Manager and will help you design promotions in and out of your app. Kat will work with you to drive downloads, app activity and sales. 

Eric Cooper

Eric will be your main billing point of contact and your resource should there be any financial questions.
